Sunset Greens - Market Update - 1st Qtr. 2015.

The following is Sunset Greens 1st Quarter Market Update, January 1st through March 28, 2015.

Sold Listings - The 1st quarter of this year has been a very active market. The high season occurs approximately, September through April. This quarter, 16 properties have SOLD and 4 PENDING sales are all due to close in April.  2 of the 16 properties are single family homes and the rest are townhomes.

Active Listings - Currently we have 10 properties for sale.  9 properties are townhomes and 1 single family home. List Price starts at $158,000 up to $239,900. The higher priced townhomes are located on the golf course.

If you have been watching the real estate market in Mesquite NV, you will notice that prices have been inching up.  Next season, the prices will be higher.
